Neuruh — Adaptive Intelligence Research Thread

Thread Chronology and Decision Ledger, Built Runnable

The working conversation that produced the Adaptive Intelligence research program, reconstructed as instruments: the 22-stage evolution runner, the concept lineage explorer (what each early phrase became, and why), the decision ledger D-001 to D-020 with consequences, the contradiction ledger, the artifact register, and the 22 unresolved questions the thread honestly left open.

§2Chronological Stages — How the Theory Actually Formed

Twenty-two stages from an intuition about diamonds and fishing to a designed personal neural system. Run the thread, or click any stage. Note the pattern: Jeramie supplies the intuition or the demand; the thread corrects, formalizes, or builds. Stage 2 is the hinge: persistence was separated from learning on day one, and everything after inherits that correction.

Idle.

§3Concept Lineage — Early Wording to Refined Construct

Every early phrase was replaced by a construct with a mechanism. Click a row: the reason for refinement is the actual intellectual work of the thread.

§4Decision Ledger D-001 to D-020

Twenty decisions, each with its consequence. These are the thread's load-bearing choices: everything in the Atlas, Blueprint, and Case Zero documents downstream assumes them. Click a decision.

§5Contradiction and Tension Ledger

Seven tensions the thread refused to resolve by picking a side. Each has a reason both sides matter and a research or engineering response. Click one.

§6Artifact Register

Five artifacts the thread produced, with their status as the ledger records it. One status matters for honesty: the Case Zero Collector was created as a ZIP, and its execution on the local drive is still required. Created is not run.

§7Unresolved Items — The 22 Open Questions

The thread ended with 22 questions it could not answer. They are grouped here by what would close them. Marking one "addressed" in this browser is a study aid only; per the ledger's own rule, status is determined from dated source material and implementation evidence, not from a checkbox.
